Dental service organizations
Opening an office in a new state starts with a license, and often a sedation permit, for every dentist who will work there.
Dental staffing and locum firms
Placing a dentist or hygienist across a state line means a license in that state first.

Reseller program questions
Do you submit applications for my dentists?
No. Dental applications are sworn statements, so each dentist completes, signs and submits their own. We prepare every supporting document, a guide to each question and the verifications, and track it to a decision.
Can I resell dental compact privileges?
Not yet. Thirteen states have enacted the Dentist and Dental Hygienist Compact, but no state issues privileges and no launch date is set. Until then we license dentists state by state.
Can I resell sedation permits and hygienist licenses?
Yes. Sedation permits are separate from the license in every state, and hygienists license state by state too. Both sit on the same 25% discount as everything else.
What does it cost to become a reseller?
$10,000, paid once. It covers every service line in the program: licensing, credentialing, medical billing, bookkeeping and marketing. The 25% discount applies to services, not to the setup fee.
How much is the reseller discount?
25% off our list price on every service, including the percentage-based ones like medical billing and ad management. It lasts as long as you're a reseller.
Can I charge my clients whatever I want?
Yes. You bill your clients directly and set your own prices. Your cost is our list price less 25%, and everything above that is yours.
Who owns the client relationship?
You do. Your clients hire you, pay you and call you. We do the work in the background, under your brand or ours, whichever your client expects.
Can I resell services this website doesn't offer?
Yes. The setup fee covers the whole White Glove family, not only White Glove DDS. The other service lines are listed at the bottom of this page.
What if I'd rather just refer clients?
Join the affiliate program instead. There's no fee. You send clients to us, we sell to them, do the work and bill them, and you earn 15% of everything we bill each client for 2 years.
