Who we serve
White Glove DDS handles licensing for dentists, hygienists, dental assistants and the DSOs that employ them, from a first license to licenses and permits in every state you practice in. Dental applications are sworn, so we prepare every supporting document and a guide to each question, and you complete, sign and submit. Payer credentialing is handled by our White Glove sister team.

Dental Licensure Readiness Review
$149 one-time
Before you spend anything: whether each state accepts your original clinical exam or residency, your years-of-practice math, jurisprudence requirements, permits you will need, and red flags such as states that do not license by credentials. Credited in full when you buy your first application.
Jurisprudence Exam Logistics
$249 per state
Many dental boards require a jurisprudence or law and ethics exam. We register you, schedule it and point you to the official study materials; you take the exam.
Dentist Licenses
Dentist License by Credentials

Full State Dental License Application
$899 per state
For a first license and for states without a credentials route, such as Florida (ADEX and its laws and rules exam) or New York (PGY-1 residency). We screen your exams and record first, then prepare everything for you to sign and submit.
Faculty, Temporary or Volunteer License
$299 per state
Restricted licenses for teaching, short-term service or volunteer care, where a state offers one. We check the rule and prepare it.
Permits and Add-Ons
Sedation & Anesthesia Permit
$699 per permit
Every state issues sedation permits separately from the license, often with an office inspection. We document your training, emergency equipment and team, and schedule any inspection.

Some states issue specialty licenses or separate permits for oral surgery and other procedures. We prepare it alongside your general license.
